PADDY Founder, Master Brewer
Paddy's entire career has been in beer including Courage (with Will) A claim to fame is at Courage’s original London Brewery the very first beer he started his brewing training with was the infamous and iconic “Imperial Russian Stout”. He went on to become Head Brewer at a brewery producing 528 million pints a year before concentrating on Craft beer!”
