GUARDSMAN - BEST BITTER

Our first cask ale was launched on St. George’s Day 2010. The famous bearskin hats worn by the Guard regiments based in Windsor was our inspiration for this classic Best Bitter.

Guardsman is a copper-coloured classic ale with a tangy taste, and a fresh hop aroma.  Brewed with premium Maris Otter Pale and Crystal malts along with Golding and Fuggles hops (4.2% abv)

KNIGHT OF THE GARTER - GOLDEN ALE

Knight of the Garter was launched on June 14th 2010 to coincide with the annual Ceremony of the Garter at Windsor Castle. 

The beer is a straw-coloured easy drinking Golden Ale with a distinctive fresh citrus hop thanks to the use of American Amarillo whole leaf hop with its gorgeous grapefruit aroma (3.8% abv)

Originally brewed to commemorate the wedding of Prince William & Kate, Windsor Knot is made with two specially selected hops, Sovereign and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand.

REPUBLIKA - PREMIUM LAGER

Our premium lager is made  with Saaz hops and Czech pilsner yeast and malt.  A slow brew of 2 weeks with a further 6 weeks fermentation results in a refreshing, full flavoured pilsner lager with a balanced, rounded taste (4.8% abv)

Brewed with 6 of the loudest new world hops gives a face-full of zesty, juicy fruit bowl aromas - there's banana, white grape, pineapple & grapefruit over a solid biscuity malt base. Session strength at 4.2% and brewed to be easy drinking with a light body and dry finish.

TREASON - WEST COAST IPA

A bold, uncompromising beer, packed with hops at 4 different stages in the brewing process. Imperial and Munich malts give the beer enough body to try and tame the hop aromas jumping out of the glass. A classic West Coast IPA boasting intense pine and solid bitterness with residual sweetness and citrus aromas. TREASON is a firm favourite and has won an amazing 8 gold medals in national and international competitions. 5.8%

SCUMBAG MAGGOT - 12 x 440 ml cans

Brewed with seven different malts including Smoked and Crystal Rye which is then further enhanced with a generous quantity of Molasses this beer is brewed for maximum rich roast malt character. An 8.5% beer that is incredibly smooth and rounded and with an aroma that draws you in. All the flavours of an Imperial stout, including Christmas pudding fruits, treacle, liquorice, chocolate and coffee. It’s the shear depth of flavours and smooth silkiness that then leads into a wonderful Irish coffee whiskey finish.

Solero Supernova Juicy Pale Ale

A double dry hopped hazy juicy pale ale bursting with vibrant fruity flavours of pineapple, mango, and blackcurrant.
